Sometimes it is useful for teams to get away from the workplace. An unfamiliar setting provides an opportunity to consider issues from a fresh perspective, be creative and more playful with possibilities, build connections with colleagues and engage in discussion for which there is insufficient time or opportunity in the workplace.

We arrange retreats and facilitate "off-site" team events that focus on team-related issues and team development. Events can include both indoor and outdoor experiential action learning activities. These can focus on elements of team performance such as building trust, working cooperatively and effective communication; team skills like problem solving, personal responsibility and leadership and/or elements of the team's work such as strategy development, decision-making and project planning.

We can design and facilitate large or small events that last from a few hours to a few days. These can range from creative communication workshops to snow rafting in the Alps or orienteering in California. Our events are designed to build team performance and contribute to organisational success.
